help with official letters from the Dutch authorities and organizations
As you already may know from the website or a previous newsletter: Expat Center Zeeland has a Buddy Table. The Buddy Table helps you translate and explain official letters from the Dutch authorities and organizations. Last year the Buddy Table mostly received letters concerning municipal taxes like, for instance, waste and water taxes or OZB property tax.
Much of the online government information is only provided in Dutch, so if you need more background information about the letter you receive, maybe the Buddy Table can help you. So if you have any questions about official letters, please send an email to buddytable@expatcenterzeeland.com. Mention your full name and email address. Once the letter is translated and explained, it will be returned to you.
Due to Dutch privacy laws, you have to take the next step yourself. Note: your email and letters are received in a secure environment and will be deleted afterwards. Don’t hesitate and contact the Buddy Table.
