Manpower has been working with the Expat Center Zeeland for several years now.
A collaboration that has already brought great successes and that will be further expanded. With the previous gained expertise, Manpower helps expats, partners of expats and family members to find a suitable job. This is done through the Spousal Support Program.
Now that the Expat Center is making a broad and Zeeland wide start with a second location in Goes, Manpower has also decided to expand the Spousal Support Program.
In this way, the whole of Zeeland and West Brabant is reached. In case you want to be connected to Manpower, an introductory meeting will first take place. This take-in is about who you are, what you have done, what you would like to do and what the possibilities are from Manpower. After the intake, there are several possibilities:
1. You will be connected with another location & team colleague
2. Agreements are made about a next contact moment
3. The representative of Manpower will explain the next steps and will discuss how you can improve your position/skills on the Zeeland labour market.
There is a lot of personal contact during the procedure to help partners of internationals to find a new job to determine what the best option is. Individual wishes, possibilities and the personal situation are taken into account. This means that the Spousal Support Program has been successful for several years now.
